The State of Alabama is seeking a qualified vendor to provide ongoing maintenance and support services for the STAR system for the FY27 period (October 1 2026 through September 30 2027). This is a sole‑source quick‑quote solicitation limited to a maximum contract value of $25,000, with the work being performed under the standard Quick‑Quote terms and conditions. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring system availability, applying updates, troubleshooting issues, and providing user assistance throughout the contract term.
• Provide preventive and corrective maintenance for the STAR software platform.
• Deliver technical support, help‑desk services, and user training as needed.
• Manage system updates, patches, and configuration changes to keep the system compliant and functional.
• Ensure compliance with Alabama’s E‑Verify and other regulatory requirements.
• Report status, incidents, and resolutions to the State’s procurement office on a regular basis.
