Notice of Intent to Sole Source – Maintenance Services for Bruker timsTOF Pro 2 Ion Mobility Mass Spectrometer

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is seeking a sole source provider for maintenance and repair services for a Bruker timsTOF Pro 2 Ion Mobility Mass Spectrometer. The selected provider will be required to provide unlimited emergency service visits, scheduled preventive maintenance visits, remote technical support and diagnostics, on-site repair services, and genuine manufacturer replacement parts. The contract will have a base period of one year, with four option years. The place of performance will be the NIST Gaithersburg, Maryland campus. • The provider must have manufacturer-certified technicians • The provider must use manufacturer-approved diagnostic tools and software • The provider must provide genuine manufacturer replacement parts • The provider must maintain the instrument to manufacturer specifications
