Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a vendor to provide bulk oxygen temporary tank rental and tank installation services at the Bedford VA Medical Center. The vendor will need to supply installation to support oxygen supply at existing locations, remove existing tanks, and replace them with new tanks. The trailers are needed to ensure a constant flow of oxygen to the hospital during the replacement process. The vendor will need to determine any installation constraints and verify existing connection points. The existing pads are in good condition and currently house bulk oxygen tanks.
• The vendor will need to provide monitoring of their system that allows the VA warning system to be tied into the vendor's monitoring system.
• The vendor will need to provide tank sizing and usage breakdown for each building.
• The vendor will need to ensure that the new tanks are compatible with the existing VA infrastructure.
• The vendor will need to provide telemetry requirements and system compatibility or integration requirements.
