Alcohol and Beverage Concessions

The City of Columbia is seeking a qualified vendor to provide exclusive alcoholic beverage services to patrons of Finlay Park during public and private events. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing professional service, offering a full range of bar and alcoholic beverage services, and coordinating planning activities to ensure all bar and beverage services are executed to the satisfaction of the customer. The contractor will also be required to obtain and maintain all necessary licenses and permits, and comply with all health codes and laws and ordinances pertaining to the operations. Some key points to consider: • The City is looking for a vendor who can provide high-quality, friendly, and professional services at reasonable prices. • The vendor will be required to provide all necessary equipment and supplies, including a portable bar. • The vendor will be responsible for coordinating with the Program Manager to ensure that all bar and beverage services are executed to the satisfaction of the customer. • The vendor will be required to provide a revenue sharing model, with the City receiving a percentage of gross receipts. • The vendor will be required to maintain accurate financial and operational records, and provide monthly performance reports to the City.
