Utility Enterprise Asset Management Consulting

The Collier County Board of County Commissioners is seeking qualified firms to provide professional consulting services for utility enterprise asset management. The selected firms will be responsible for providing complete professional consulting services for a wide range of projects and will be responsible for the overall coordination of a project. The scope of work includes assisting with developing, implementing, and supporting a comprehensive enterprise asset management program, including technical, organizational, and business process aspects. The firm may hire specialized subcontractors to perform all or some portion of the work. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing professional consulting services for utility enterprise asset management • Assisting with developing, implementing, and supporting a comprehensive enterprise asset management program • Coordinating projects and hiring specialized subcontractors as needed • Providing documentation of work completed, including plans, project schedules, reports, and recommendations • Establishing billing based on time and materials or milestone deliverables • Reviewing and assisting with enhancements to align business practices to industry standards • Identifying program needs for existing and new business practices and assisting in implementation • Assisting staff with review of existing plans and development of written project management plans • Providing guidance on creation of user access, application, and data security • Creating or assisting in the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
