Description
The City of Columbus is seeking a contractor to provide spare parts and maintenance services for Xylem/Wedeco Ultraviolet (UV) Disinfection Equipment. The contract will be in effect through June 30, 2028. The contractor will be required to provide and deliver spare parts and services, and to show experience in providing this type of material and/or warranty service for the past five years. The contractor will also be required to provide documentation of their experience and work history, as well as references from at least four customers that they have supported in the past.
• The contractor will be required to provide spare parts and services for the UV disinfection equipment, including UV lamps, ballasts, quartz sleeves, and other components.
• The contractor will be required to provide maintenance services, including calibration of sensors and UV duty, and to provide a detailed schedule for these services.
• The contractor will be required to provide documentation of their experience and work history, as well as references from at least four customers that they have supported in the past.
• The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to equal opportunity and affirmative action.
