12 VENDING MACHINE SERVICE REPAIRS BEP

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking vendors to provide vending machine service repairs and preventative maintenance services for Commonwealth-owned vending machines located throughout the state. The contract will be for a term of two years with the option for up to three one-year renewals. The selected vendors will be responsible for providing all necessary facilities, labor, materials, services, skills, supervision, insurance, and equipment to manage and conduct the provision of services under this contract. The vendors will be required to provide an all-inclusive rate for service calls and administrative service repairs, and they will be reimbursed for parts and labor at cost plus 10 percent. The vendors will also be required to provide preventative maintenance services, which will include inspections, cleaning, and lubrication of vending machines.
