The GPO is seeking a qualified printer to produce two envelope styles for the Department of Veterans Affairs. One is a kraft mailing envelope (9½ × 12 in) quantity 2,000; the other is a business‑reply envelope (4⅛ × 9½ in) quantity 2,500. Both require black‑ink, one‑sided printing of type/rule matter, full‑gummed flaps, and packaging in cartons of 500 with separate labeling. Delivery is required to the Fargo VA Health Care System by July 10, 2026, with a one‑year warranty. The contract will be awarded to the lowest total price.
