Description
The Gwinnett County Government is seeking bids for the provision of Commvault Cloud Migration Products on an annual contract. The contract will be for a 12-month period, with the option to renew for up to four additional 12-month periods. The successful bidder will be required to provide Commvault Cloud Migration Products, including Commvault Cloud SaaS Jumpstart, Commvault Cloud Backup and Recovery, and Commvault Cloud Auto Recovery. The bidder must also provide pricing for each item, as well as a total price for all items.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• The bidder must provide a bid bond, performance bond, and payment bond.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to immigration and worker verification.
• The bidder must provide a certificate of insurance and a copy of their business license.
• The bidder must agree to indemnify and hold harmless the County, its officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the performance of the contract.
