Description
The New Mexico Department of Public Safety is seeking a sole‑source vendor to provide ongoing operational support, routine maintenance, and 24/7 help‑desk services for the Smart Roadways Traffic Slowdown Alerts software that operates within the Smart Roadside Inspection Systems (SRIS) platform. The contractor must possess proprietary knowledge of the SRIS software, ensure full compatibility with existing hardware and sensors at New Mexico ports of entry, and deliver continuous system functionality over a ten‑year period.
• Provide 24/7 help‑desk and technical support for the traffic slowdown alerts application.
• Perform routine software maintenance, updates, and operational support without requiring system redesign or hardware replacement.
• Maintain integration with existing DPS assets (thermal inspection, license‑plate readers, hazmat identification, etc.) throughout a 120‑month contract term.
