Janitorial Services for Office of Human Services

Luzerne County is seeking proposals from qualified companies for janitorial services for the Office of Human Services Building. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing all necessary cleaning products and equipment, as well as conducting background checks on all personnel who will be working on the premises. The contract term is from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The scope of work includes nightly cleaning of all areas, weekly cleaning of offices and lounges, and bi-monthly machine polishing of vinyl floors and cleaning of interior windows and glass doors. • Nightly cleaning of all areas, five nights a week • Weekly cleaning of offices and lounges • Bi-monthly machine polishing of vinyl floors and cleaning of interior windows and glass doors • Quarterly cleaning of exterior windows and glass doors • Annual deep cleaning of all areas The bidder must provide a detailed schedule of when these services will be performed, as well as a list of all necessary equipment and supplies.
