The County is seeking vendors to provide comprehensive mailing services for its annual tax statements, including printing, envelope supply, data preparation, presort, and delivery to USPS within a strict July window. Bidders may submit on a full‑service basis (Item A1) or on a component basis (Items B1‑B5). The contract may be extended for up to two additional years, requiring annual price updates and ongoing compliance with tax‑status and insurance requirements.
• Full‑service print‑and‑mail of ~200,000 tax statements using county‑provided or vendor‑supplied envelopes and paper.
