General Liability Third Party Administration Services

The Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) is seeking proposals to provide General Liability Third Party Administration (TPA) services. The contractor will manage all aspects of general liability claims, including intake, investigation, adjustment, settlement negotiation, and reporting, in accordance with a detailed Statement of Work. The award will be a one‑year contract with the option to extend up to four additional one‑year periods, contingent on performance and funding.
