FY7 OSUWMC Patient Monitoring RFP

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking a full‑turnkey enterprise patient‑monitoring solution to replace and modernize bedside, transport, procedural, peri‑operative, critical‑care, telemetry and central‑monitoring equipment at its East Hospital, and to support future health‑system monitoring needs. The contract will include all hardware, software, interfaces, infrastructure, cybersecurity, implementation services, training, ongoing service and support. Proposals will be evaluated through written responses, demonstrations, reference validation, commercial evaluation and final selection. • Scope : Replacement of existing patient‑monitoring devices and delivery of an integrated, future‑proof monitoring platform across multiple clinical areas. • Required : Turnkey solution covering equipment, software, interoperability, cybersecurity, installation, training, and long‑term support. • Evaluation : Structured review including demos and reference checks; no pre‑qualified vendors listed.
