Description
Knox County is seeking proposals for Employee Assistance Services. The selected vendor will provide a comprehensive EAP program, including counseling services, work-life services, and other support services. The program should be designed to promote employee well-being, productivity, and job satisfaction. The contract will be for a period of three years, with the option to renew for an additional two years. The vendor will be required to provide a 24/7 toll-free phone number, online support, and other resources to support employees.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing counseling services, including face-to-face counseling sessions and phone-based support
• Offering work-life services, such as financial counseling, legal counseling, and other support services
• Developing and implementing a promotional plan to increase utilization of the EAP program
• Providing utilization reports and other metrics to track the effectiveness of the program
• Ensuring that all services are provided in a confidential and professional manner
