Description
The Norfolk Naval Shipyard is seeking to procure Electronic Security System (ESS) equipment to support maintenance and installation activities. This requirement will be procured as a sole-source acquisition from Integrated Security Technologies (IST), which possesses unique knowledge of the existing ESS infrastructure. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) award. Vendors are required to submit a completed Solicitation, Continuation Sheets, and a vendor's quote. The quote must be all-inclusive, including shipping and any other associated costs.
• The ESS equipment includes network door controllers, input modules, card readers, and other related items.
• The contractor must ensure that the equipment is compatible with the existing ESS infrastructure and meets the required specifications.
• The contract includes a delivery schedule with specific dates for the delivery of each item.
• The contractor must provide certification of compliance with the contract requirements and specifications.
