DAF Insider Threat Program for User Activity Monitoring (UAM)

The Secretary of the Air Force, Office of Competitive Activities (SAF/OC) is seeking information for the DAF Insider Threat Program, User Activity Monitoring (UAM) requirement. The UAM is required on DAF networks by Executive Order and public law. The SAF/OC is requesting information from interested parties that would provide the DAF with user activity monitoring capabilities across multiple networks both classified and unclassified. The key requirements of the UAM include: • Providing user activity monitoring capabilities across multiple networks • Meeting the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) Task Requirements for UAM • Aligning with the requirements outlined in the RFI • Providing information on licensing structure for commercial software • Identifying any proposed subcontracting and/or small business partnering consideration to support the UAM mission • Recommending a contract strategy for the scope of the requirement • Providing information on any small business concerns related to the scope of the requirement
