Project Management Support Services

The Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide project management support services for the Ohio Medicaid Enterprise System (OMES) and other ODM-approved projects. The selected vendor will work with ODM's Project Management Office (PMO) and Vendor Relationship Services office to provide support services, including project management, RAID management, and reporting. The vendor will also provide support for the Integrated Help Desk (IHD) and other related tasks. • The vendor must have at least 120 months of experience delivering project management support services for a health and human services agency. • The vendor must have successfully completed at least five projects that included meeting federal administrative regulations. • The vendor must have at least 36 months of experience in providing project management, RAID management, and reporting for a call center. • The vendor must submit a proposal that includes a technical proposal and a cost proposal. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to confidentiality and HIPAA.
