Description
The Missouri Department of Corrections is seeking bids for a one-time purchase contract to provide various items for the honor dorms in each location. The contract includes five line items: men's athletic shoes, women's athletic shoes, fleece hoodies, lemon pepper seasoning, and a renewal percentage increase or decrease. Bidders must bid on all line items to be eligible for award. The contract period is six months, starting from the date of award.
• The bid includes a hard copy bid that must be downloaded, completed, and uploaded with the electronic response.
• The pricing submitted online must match the pricing listed on the hard copy bid.
• Vendors may also upload additional information such as a Vendor No Tax Due certificate and Secretary of State verification.
• Any questions regarding the bid or item information may be emailed to the buyer of record.
• The bid is an all-or-nothing bid, and the bidder must complete all requirements to be eligible for award.
