Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for the Capital City Airport. The contract includes cleaning services for various buildings, including offices, restrooms, and common areas. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the services. The contract term is approximately 12 months, with the option to renew for an additional four one-year periods.
• The contractor will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all areas, including floors, walls, and surfaces.
