The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Kansas City District is issuing a FY27 mass solicitation for custodial (janitorial) services at ten recreation‑area packages across four Army Corps lakes in Kansas (Melvern, Pomona, Wilson, Perry, and Milford). The solicitation is a 100 % small‑business set‑aside (NAICS 561720) and each package may result in a separate contract. The base period of performance for each contract is one year (May 2027 – April 2028 or April 2027 – March 2028) with up to two or four one‑year options, depending on the package.
