South Piedmont Community College is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for its campuses in Anson and Union Counties. The contract will have an initial term of three years, with the vendor providing labor, uniforms, equipment, and approved cleaning chemicals. The vendor will be responsible for ensuring its employees adhere to certain policies, including appearance, supervision, and professionalism. The vendor will also be required to provide training to its employees and ensure that they comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The vendor will be responsible for providing janitorial services to multiple campuses, including the LLP Campus, Lockhart Taylor Center, OCH Campus, and Tyson Family Center for Technology. • The vendor will be required to provide a detailed pricing proposal, including monthly and yearly costs for each campus. • The vendor will be evaluated based on factors such as vendor experience, references, project organization, technical approach, and price. • The contract will include provisions for contract administration, including contract management, customer service, invoices, post-award business review meetings, continuous improvement, acceptance of work, transition assistance, dispute resolution, and contract changes.
