Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals to enter into a contract with a qualified offeror to obtain external review and after-action report services for Utah Valley University. The University is examining several alternatives of providing these services and may decide, after reviewing proposals submitted, not to enter into any agreement. The scope of work includes providing external review services. The proposal should include a technical proposal, cost proposal, and other required documents. The evaluation criteria include proposed methodology and approach, relevant experience, qualifications, references, and past performance, and cost and value of the proposed services.
• The University reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality or technicality in any proposal in the interest of the University.
• The contract term begins on the date of award and continues through the completion of the project.
• The University prefers contracting with the awarded offeror on a flat fee basis, with scheduled payments based on delivered milestones.
