Lease, installation, and maintenance of a temporary 12-ton AC unit and 30kw diesel generator

The US Navy is seeking a vendor to lease, install, and maintain a temporary 12-ton AC unit and 30kw diesel generator. The contract will be for a period of 4 months, starting 7 days after the award date. The vendor will be responsible for providing all equipment, transportation, and services required to lease, deliver, install, and maintain the AC unit and generator. The contract will be awarded based on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach. • The vendor must provide a quote that addresses all elements of the Statement of Work (SOW). • The vendor must provide 3 relevant and recent past performance references. • The vendor must provide a price quote that includes all costs associated with the lease, installation, and maintenance of the AC unit and generator. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental and safety standards. • The vendor must provide a quote that is complete and clear in all respects, without a need for additional explanation or information.
