Description
The South Dakota State University is seeking air charter services for the women's basketball team. The RFP is for the 2025-2026 season and includes possible round trip flight information. The university reserves the right to select any or all trips listed and may award the contract on a trip by trip basis. The evaluation criteria for the bids will be listed within the RFP.
• The contract may be awarded to one or several vendors.
• The university anticipates awarding the contract based on the highest rated bid(s) after acceptance by the end user.
• The RFP includes notes on the possible round trip flight information and the evaluation criteria for the bids.
