Maintenance Services for Boilers and Heating Equipment

The U.S. Embassy in Paris, France, is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance services for boilers and heating equipment. The contract will be a fixed-price contract with economic price adjustment and will have a base year with four one-year options. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and must submit a quotation, which will be considered by the Government. The quotation must include a completed SF-1442, Section B, Pricing, Section K Representations and Certifications, and additional information as required in Section L. • The contract will be for a base year with four one-year options. • The contractor must be registered in the SAM database. • The quotation must include a completed SF-1442, Section B, Pricing, Section K Representations and Certifications, and additional information as required in Section L. • The contractor must submit a proof of SAM registration. • The contractor must submit an IRS Form W-14 to ensure compliance with FAR 52.229-11.
