Description
Austin Peay State University is seeking qualified contractors for a five‑year Indefinite‑Delivery‑Indefinite‑Quantity (IDIQ) contract to supply, install, and service a broad range of commercial food‑service equipment. The contract will cover equipment sales (including ovens, fryers, refrigeration, ice machines, ware‑washing units, etc.) as well as ongoing maintenance, repair, and emergency services. Bidders must submit pricing based on a hypothetical $50,000 annual equipment purchase and detailed hourly service rates. The University will award to the lowest evaluated cost and may split awards among multiple contractors, with the ability to adjust quantities up to ±10 %.
