Description
The San Bernardino County Sheriff/Coroner/Public Administrator is soliciting bids for Absolute Security’s software licenses for hosted cloud access to Absolute Complete, a secure remote access platform with Software-Defined Perimeter (SDP)/Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), enterprise Virtual Private Network (VPN) with monitoring solutions, hardware-free deployment option(s), optimized for Microsoft Azure. The offered hosted solution shall include 10GB of data per device, per month. The contract term is 3 years, with an option for other public agencies to participate. The bid must include pricing for each item separately, with prices stated per unit specified. The county's primary means of providing bids and addenda is through the ePro system.
• The bid must be submitted electronically through the San Bernardino County Electronic Procurement Network (ePro) by February 5, 2026, 4:00 PM PDT.
• The bid must include a completed IRS W-9 form to provide a Federal Tax ID number.
• The bid must comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations.
• The bid must include a royalty-free, non-exclusive, and irrevocable license to publish, disclose, copy, translate, and otherwise use any reports, studies, information, data, statistics, forms, designs, plans, procedures, systems, and any other materials or properties developed under the contract.
• The bid must include a certification that the bidder has not been debarred, suspended, or declared ineligible by any state or federal department or agency.
