RFP 2026-048 - Annual Preventative Maintenance and Misc Repairs of the Transfer Station

The City of Mesquite is seeking a company to provide routine maintenance to the City's Solid Waste Transfer Station on a monthly basis throughout the year. The maintenance will include checking for stress cracks, leaks, or signs of wear and tear or structural fatigue. The company will also be required to perform repairs on an "as-needed" basis, which may include welding, electrical work, hydraulic repairs, and fabrication. The company must have a minimum of three years' experience working on Solid Waste Transfer Station equipment. • The contract will be for a duration of 1 year with 4 automatic one-year renewal options. • The company must be able to provide critical spare parts, electric motors, and other necessary equipment to prevent long-term downtime. • The Transfer Station is located at the City's Service Center, 1101 East Main, Mesquite, Texas 75149.
