Description
The State of South Carolina is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive maintenance services and parts for its ASCO automatic transfer switch (ATS) equipment used in mission‑critical power systems. The contract is a five‑year fixed‑price arrangement that includes preventive maintenance, emergency‑response repairs, and the supply of genuine ASCO parts. The contractor must be an authorized ASCO vendor, able to respond to emergency calls within four hours, and maintain a fully stocked inventory of parts.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on all listed ASCO ATS, UPS, and chiller motor‑control units.
• Provide 24 × 7 emergency repair services with a 4‑hour dispatch SLA.
• Supply and install new, genuine ASCO parts, and deliver detailed service reports after each visit.
