Description
The University of New Mexico is seeking to purchase executive level advisory and consulting services from Theo Transformation Advisory to guide the UNM Comprehensive Cancer Center in developing, updating, and executing an effective strategic and vision plan. The services will include direct hands-on sessions with the center's executive leadership and other key stakeholders. The goal is to provide a comprehensive strategic plan that details the processes, improvements, and actions needed to achieve the center's goals. The plan must also incorporate the new Center Director and CEO's vision and outlook for the UNMCCC.
• The services will be provided by Theo Transformation Advisory, which has extensive experience working with NCI designated cancer centers.
• The engagement will include direct hands-on sessions with the center's executive leadership and other key stakeholders.
• The goal is to provide a comprehensive strategic plan that details the processes, improvements, and actions needed to achieve the center's goals.
• The plan must also incorporate the new Center Director and CEO's vision and outlook for the UNMCCC.
• The services will be provided for a period of one year, starting from October 10, 2025, and ending on October 10, 2026.
