The City of Hudson is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, rent, launder, and maintain a full range of employee uniforms and floor‑mat services for municipal facilities over a two‑year period. The contract requires weekly pickup/delivery of uniforms, regular replacement of worn items, and ongoing rental of various indoor/outdoor mats with logo‑branding options. The vendor must provide a bid guaranty (10 % of the bid or a full‑amount bond), furnish required insurance, and comply with Ohio procurement statutes.
• Provide embroidered polo shirts, work shirts, pants, flame‑resistant apparel, and executive attire for all city staff.
• Rent and rotate 3×5, 3×10, 4×6, 4×8 mats (including weekly, bi‑weekly, and monthly replacement schedules) across multiple city locations.
• Deliver related consumables (towels, mop heads, air‑freshener cans, urinal screens, trash‑can liners) and a laundering service for floor mats.
