Janitorial Services, Recruiting Centers, 6 locations in Western MA

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for 6 recruiting centers in Western Massachusetts. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform janitorial services, including cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing. The contract will be for a base year with two optional 1-year extensions. The contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) and must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. * Key services include: * Janitorial/cleaning services on a two-day per week schedule for 104 service days * Janitorial/cleaning services on a three-day per week schedule for 156 service days * Cleaning of all designated spaces, including halls, restrooms, offices, work areas, and common areas * Disinfecting and sanitizing of all surfaces and equipment * Providing all necessary equipment, supplies, and materials * Ensuring compliance with all safety and health requirements
