The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for boiler maintenance and repair, steam, including Testing Services; building automation controls system (BACS) testing serving the Brenham State Supported Living Center (BSSLC) Campus. The contract will require the contractor to provide maintenance and repair services for boilers and BACS systems at the BSSLC campus. * The contractor will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on boilers and BACS systems. * The contractor will be required to provide testing services for boilers and BACS systems. * The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. * The contractor will be required to provide a detailed plan for performing the work, including a schedule and budget. * The contractor will be responsible for coordinating with HHSC staff and other contractors as necessary to complete the work.
