Description
The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, intends to issue a sole-source contract to provide ScriptPro pharmacy robotic dispensing system equipment service at the SLVHCS Baton Rouge Outpatient Clinic. The services will be from June 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027, with three 12-month option periods. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price service contract. The vendor will be required to furnish all parts and labor to support and maintain the ScriptPro Robotic Dispensing System in good working condition for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
• The contract will be for a period of 10 months with three 12-month option periods.
• The vendor will be required to provide services at the SLVHCS Baton Rouge Outpatient Clinic.
• The contract will be a firm-fixed-price service contract.
• The vendor will be required to furnish all parts and labor to support and maintain the ScriptPro Robotic Dispensing System.
• The services will be required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
