Request for Proposal for fuel system replacement

The City of North Platte is seeking proposals for the replacement of its existing fuel system, including tanks and pumps. The project involves the removal of old tanks and pumps and the installation of new ones, as well as the integration of a fuel management system. The city requires site reconnaissance and provides optional stand-alone DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) system integration. The project start date should be on or before July 6, 2026, and the completion date should be on or before October 1, 2026. • The preparation of contract documents (plans, specifications, permits, etc.) for the removal of old tanks and pumps and installation of new. • Installation of two, 10,000-gallon tanks. One for gasoline and one for diesel fuel. • Installation of three (3) new pumps with a fully integrated fuel management system. • City personnel will work with the company on installation, wiring, concrete, etc. • Optional stand-alone DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) system that will integrate with fuel system. • On-site training and support.
