Lanmark Group is seeking Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) Subcontractors for DDC - Queens Civil Courthouse Plaza and Exterior Renovation, located at 89-17 Sutphin Boulevard, Jamaica, NY 11435. All work to be performed per the PLA using union labor. The possible trades we are looking to subcontract to M/WBE Subcontractors include:

· Landscape Stone Masonry
· Cold Fluid-Applied Waterproofing
· Plumbing
· Electrical
· Tree Removal
· Lightweight Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) Geofoam

· Topsoil Placement
· Plants
