Description
The Marine Corps Logistics Base (MCLB) Albany is seeking a contractor to provide audio/visual (A/V) and video teleconferencing (VTC) equipment maintenance services. The contractor will be responsible for providing regular quarterly maintenance, software upgrades, and repair or replacement of existing equipment. The services will support the audio, video wall systems, and VTC environments for MCLB Albany. The contractor will also provide trained employees to perform the required maintenance and will be responsible for notifying the Government representative immediately if maintenance cannot be completed for any reason. The period of performance for this contract will be 12 months, from 08 August 2026 to 07 August 2027.
Some key features of the job include:
• Providing quarterly maintenance support services, including cleaning equipment, disconnecting power supplies, and checking for water damage
• Providing unlimited telephone technical support and on-site technical support for issues that cannot be resolved remotely
• Performing preventive maintenance on a quarterly basis to prevent or minimize the need for routine service calls or equipment failure
• Repairing or replacing defective equipment within a 48-hour timeframe
• Providing software updates and licensing for all software products and documentation updates
• Providing all required licenses and software upgrades at no additional cost to the Government
