The City of Columbus, Department of Finance and Management, is seeking proposals for Owner's Representative Consulting Services for the South Outpost project. The selected owner's representative will provide scope management, risk management, configuration management, project reporting, progress meetings, project closeout, and services for the duration of the construction period. • The proposal submission deadline is December 12, 2025, at 1:00 PM local time. • The last day to submit questions is December 5, 2025, at 1:00 PM local time. • Proposals will only be accepted through the Bonfire Portal. • The City of Columbus requires SBE participation. • The delivery date is January 5, 2026.
