Description
The State of Ohio-Department of Administrative Services is soliciting for cloud-based services for a secure file transfer solution. The request is for Kiteworks, a secure file transfer solution that contains chain of custody data and can be used to transfer files. This request includes 10 licenses to start at the date of service for the term of one year. The selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible quote.

• Providing a secure file transfer solution with chain of custody data
• Transferring files using the secure file transfer solution
• Meeting the requirements outlined in the Standard Terms and Conditions
• Complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and Executive Orders
• Ensuring the security and confidentiality of Contract Data
• Cooperating with the State to monitor compliance with the foregoing obligations
• Promptly destroying or returning to the State all Contract Data received from or through the State upon completion of the work under the Contract or upon termination or expiration of the Contract
