The Federal Prison Industries, Inc. (UNICOR) is seeking a contractor to provide aluminum sheet, plate, and foil manufacturing services. The contract will be a two-year, firm-fixed-price, indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity contract with an economic price adjustment. The contractor will be required to provide their best manufacturing and delivery time for evaluation. The desired delivery time is 21 calendar days or sooner from receipt of each delivery order. The contractor must also comply with the specifications of ASTM D-3951-95 for packaging. The contract has a guaranteed minimum of 40,000 feet, with a minimum delivery order of 4,000 feet or $10,520 and a maximum delivery order of 10,000 feet or $26,300.
