NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE-Multifunction Printer Device Short-Term Lease

The US Air Force intends to award a sole source purchase order to Cartridge Technologies (CTI), LLC for the continued provision of Multi-Functional Printer Device (MFD) lease and associated services. The services include equipment, maintenance, and supplies for the 179th and 200RHS locations. The current contract with CTI has expired, and the government needs to retain these essential services to ensure uninterrupted service. The period of performance for this requirement is from 1 May 2026 to 31 August 2026. • The contract is for a short-term lease of multifunctional printer devices and associated services. • The services are critical for daily operations and mission support. • The government had a previous contract with CTI, which has expired due to funding issues. • The proposed contract action is for supplies with periodic maintenance, and the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, CTI, LLC.
