Description
The Effingham County School Nutrition Program is seeking bids for the purchase and distribution of food products for the 2026-2027 school year. The contract will be for one year with a one-time prospective price redetermination. The bid will be awarded based on line item cost, with possible multiple vendors winning portions of the overall bid. The bid packet and specifications are available for review. The scope of work includes the purchase and delivery of grocery items on a weekly basis to 15 locations. Some of the items to be purchased include pickles, relishes, and olives, extracts, flavoring, and food coloring, salted or smoked foods, frozen seafood, and canned seafood.
