Description
The State of Minnesota, Department of Natural Resources, is seeking bids for janitorial services at the DNR Cloquet Office in Carlton County. The contract will be for 2 years, from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2028. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing weekly and annual cleaning services, including cleaning of offices, bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas. The bidder must also provide all necessary equipment, materials, and labor.
• The weekly cleaning services will include emptying wastebaskets, dusting, cleaning telephones and computers, and spot cleaning doors and walls.
• The annual cleaning services will include thorough washing of ground-level windows, shampooing of all carpeted areas, and cleaning of entrance window glass.
• The bidder must have the necessary experience and qualifications to perform the work.
• The bidder must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to workers' compensation insurance, unemployment insurance, and sales tax.
