E-Rate Eligible Internet Services

The Salem-Keizer Public Schools is seeking a provider for E-Rate eligible internet services. The contract will be for a minimum of 10 Gbps of bandwidth, with the possibility of increasing up to 20 Gbps. The district is looking for a provider that can offer a reliable and cost-effective solution. The contract will be for a term of three years, with two optional three-year extensions. The provider will be required to provide a dedicated account management team for service support. • The district has a Wide Area Network (WAN) that interconnects its schools and administrative buildings. • The district is currently investigating the relocation of its primary data center. • The provider must have a valid Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) and be an E-rate eligible provider. • The provider must comply with all applicable laws prohibiting discrimination. • The provider must provide a detailed breakdown of costs, including any non-recurring charges.
