Hill Canyon Treatment Plant and Los Robles Greens Golf Course Mechanical System Upgrades (CI 5647 & CI 5662)

The City of Thousand Oaks is seeking a contractor to upgrade the mechanical systems at the Hill Canyon Treatment Plant and Los Robles Greens Golf Course. The project involves replacement of controls and control system components, exhaust fans, VFDs, chillers, pumps, and boilers with new equipment. The contractor will also install new air-cooled split system VRF to provide supplemental cooling to the kitchen and dishwasher room.
