84126Y0803-Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEI) for On-Street Medium/Heavy Duty Truck Charging in NYC

The New York City Department of Transportation (NYC DOT) is seeking expressions of interest from vendors to provide information on on-street medium/heavy duty truck charging in NYC. The goal is to understand the feasibility of on-street fast charging for medium and heavy-duty vehicles in key geographic areas. Vendors are expected to provide information on their experience, approach, and needs surrounding public electric vehicle charging services to medium- and heavy-duty vehicles in urban environments. • The RFEI is open to four distinct groups: property owners, battery energy storage system operators, fleet operators, and electric vehicle supply equipment providers & operators. • Vendors should submit their responses via the PASSPort system, including answers to the questions listed in the RFEI document. • The submission deadline is 2/6/2026 by 5:00 pm. • NYC DOT reserves the right to withdraw the RFEI, use the ideas and/or submissions, and change any terms of the RFEI.
