Unleaded Fuel Deliveries for City of Waco

The City of Waco is seeking vendors to provide fuel delivery for dyed diesel. The contract is to include the furnishing of all plant, labor, materials and equipment, and the performance of all operations required to furnish unleaded motor fuel as used by the City of Waco. The intent of the specifications is to describe, for acquisition purposes, material/services providing the best performance at the best total cost. Key aspects of the project include spillage and cleanup, delivery requirements, equipment and supplies, and fuel measurement and invoice reconciliation. The City will enter into a twenty-four (24) month contract, with options to renew for three (3) additional one (1) year periods. • The contract requires the vendor to provide unleaded motor fuel in accordance with Federal, State of Texas, and City of Waco regulations and ordinances. • The vendor must provide and deliver unleaded motor fuel, including regular unleaded grade gasoline with a minimum octane rating of 87. • The vendor must provide three independent tests of the product for each twelve-month period at the vendor's expense. • The vendor must provide MSDS sheets with the first delivery of the product. • The vendor must have a process for emergency delivery and off-site fueling in the event of a natural disaster or other emergency.
