The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Contracting Office, NCO 5 intends to issue a sole source award to Krueger Gilbert Physics to continue services of Radiation Safety Officer at the VA Medical Center in Washington, DC. The procurement is based on a sole source requirement and will be made under simplified acquisition procedures. The notice is neither a request for quote nor a solicitation of offers, but rather an opportunity for responsible sources to submit capabilities statements for possible consideration in future procurements.
• The Radiation Safety Officer will be working at the VA Medical Center, 50 Irving Street, NW, Washington, DC 20422.
• The intent of this procurement is to award based on a sole source requirement.
• The purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures as authorized by FAR 13-501(a).
