Real Estate Title & Escrow Consultants

The City of Los Angeles Harbor Department is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide real estate title and escrow services on an as-needed basis. The selected consultants will be added to a list of approved consultants and may be engaged by the Harbor Department to perform various tasks, including updating title reports, issuing new preliminary title reports, and providing copies of underlying documents.
